Situated in Kemerburgaz, in the northern part of Istanbul where the natural landscape remains largely intact, Next Level Kemer proposes a new vision of urban living that seamlessly merges with nature. Surrounded by the Kemerburgaz Urban Forest on three sides, the project establishes a direct dialogue with its ecological context, ensuring both visual and physical integration with the forest.

The design takes advantage of the site’s natural topography, unfolding in stepped layers from west to east. This terraced configuration ensures optimal sunlight, natural ventilation, and unobstructed forest views for each unit, embedding environmental sustainability into the core of the project.

The residential blocks are positioned along the perimeter of the plot, defining a protected semi-open courtyard at the center. This arrangement extends the length of forest-facing façades, while porous green zones within the courtyard foster community interaction and shared open space.

The forest permeates the gaps between the buildings, converging in the central void to create a powerful spatial experience. More than a scenic backdrop, this integration blurs the boundary between built environment and nature, cultivating the sense of living within the forest. The courtyard becomes not only a climatic moderator, enhancing daylight and airflow, but also a social interface that encourages collective life.

Next Level Kemer thus emerges as a synthesis of natural topography, ecological responsibility, and community-centered spatial design—offering an urban living model deeply rooted in harmony with nature.
