Penman Brown layers richness and texture while connecting to a contemporary sensibility and imbedded sense of luxury. As described by Techne, the L’Oreal Training Academy is a flexible and cohesive space that ensures longevity and ease of use. Each training room accommodates the academy’s hands-on training courses as well as more traditional and digital teaching methods. A material palette comprising concrete flooring, white walls, monochromatic joinery and marble splashbacks bring a paired aesthetic to the training rooms to create an enduring, contemporary finish. In 2018, the Kookai store in the Robina Central Mall was complete within the multi-million follar redevelopment. The Kookai project is amongst a 270 million dollar upgrade of the malls precinct.
