The Fili Transport Hub project, shortlisted in an architectural competition, proposes a reinterpretation of transport infrastructure as a mixed-use urban complex that combines mobility, public space, and architectural identity. The new space of the Space 1 network of service offices in Moscow on Tverskoy Boulevard is located in a historic mansion of the 18th century. The project has integrated the historic atmosphere of the mansion with a modern, technological and efficient interior. For the architects of the bureau in this project, the task has expanded, we did not just work on the customer’s office space, but took a direct part in the creation of his product – relevant and liquid.   The original texture of the building required an individual approach. Private art gallery for a personal collection of works of the 20th century is a traditionally shaped house with a gable roof and undercuts of facades. One wall of the building represents some kind of showcase due to panoramic windows through which the exposition space is visible.Gallery building was made of the modern materials and organically integrated into the environment. To create a functional and competent interior lighting, was used a combination of natural light (thanks to wide windows) and thoughtful lighting solutions. Complex Task S+S interior design and architecture studio faced a challenge to create a stylistically dynamic and modern design for a children’s café Cosmos located at the temple of Moscow Soviet trade and exhibition – VDNKH Cosmos pavilion. Each edge of the crystal catches the light and reflects its own reality. Chkalov is a hotel complex showroom that will combine several functions. We have made a thorough study of the past and the present of the Bolshevik factory, and we offer a project that accentuates authentic details through modern materials and approaches. The two buildings under refurbishment are located on the territory of the former Rassvet Machine Plant in Krasnaya Presnyastreet. Before the 1917 Revolution, it had been occupied by the furniture factory of Muir and Mirrielees merchant house. The main building was designed by Roman Klein, the author of Central Universal Department Store (TsUM) in Moscow and many other projects, and built in 1912. There is a well-known historical monument in the immediate vicinity to the plant. It is the famous merchant and art collector Pyotr Shchukin’s former manor house in Pseudo- Russian style with a park.
