The Dip Pavilion is conceived as an elemental architectural intervention within an existing residential landscape. Set on a compact footprint, this house is designed around simple materials and thoughtful planning. A clay-red exterior wraps around the home, echoing the colour of the African tulip tree that dominates the front of the site. The tree was embraced—its form guiding the shape of the building. The architecture steps in and out around the tree’s canopy, with bold projections and soft recesses that reflect its presence. This thoughtful shaping also anticipates future buildings on either side, ensuring the house remains private on the outside and expansive on the inside. The project is based on thinking about what educational spaces should be like today. From this idea, we start by creating shade – a roof supported by a flexible, lightweight, and open structure that encourages interaction between people, nature, and architecture. The building adapts to the existing conditions of the site and connects the outside and inside by blurring their boundaries. In a playful way, the design opens up completely, letting the wind flow through, allowing filtered light to enter, and creating a stronger connection with the surrounding landscape. ANIKETANA - Balancing Solitude and connection.  Aniketana is placed in a calm residential area, a north-facing plot with a frontage of 40 feet and 60 feet depth. The house proposes a way of living that starts from a continuous dialogue with the landscape in which it is located. An irregular terrain at the end of a closed street, merging in some portion, to the semicircle of the roundabout that completes the residential area where TOMM House stars with its powerful personality of right angles. The project is a mixed-use tower in the city of Puebla, which, due to its typology and program, is typically composed of 2 volumes. The first volume serves as a base or podium containing the public program, while the second volume is a mixed-use tower housing the semi-private and private program. Each volume has different characteristics: the podium aims to create a direct connection with the street and consumers, while the tower's main objective is to offer the best views and provide a unique experience for future owners.
