The design of the "204 Residence" embraces an "Asian reimagined" approach, skillfully combining traditional Asian aesthetics and cultural elements with a contemporary twist. Drawing inspiration from Asian design motifs, materials, techniques, and philosophies, the project reinterprets these elements to suit modern sensibilities.

In a harmonious blend of Asian heritage and modern innovation, the residence seamlessly merges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary materials and forms. Simplicity takes center stage, ensuring that the intrinsic beauty of the design elements shines through uncluttered spaces and clean lines.

The connection to nature is a fundamental principle underlying the design. The residence is already surrounded by green spaces, and this is further emphasized through the use of natural materials like burnt wood and flamed granite, which add a touch of organic elegance to the space.
