38 Clarke Street
38 Clarke Street is a 25-storey residential tower in Southbank, Melbourne, where warm red brick and arched windows take a deliberate step away from the glass high-rises that define the area.Designed by Fender Katsalidis for LAS Group, the tower sits on a prominent corner of City Road and Clarke Street, with 188 one- and two-bedroom apartments across a GFA of nearly 22,000 sqm. At street level, the brick facade and arched windows draw from Southbank's 19th-century industrial character, giving the building a human-scale warmth that the surrounding towers don't reach for.
