CR JL Lake House
Set on a steeply sloped site along one of the branches of the Ibiúna reservoir, in the countryside of São Paulo, Casa CR JL emerges from a careful reading of the existing topography and landscape. The project is structured around the pronounced terrain slope and the strong presence of water, which become defining elements of the architectural concept. From the outset, the design sought not only to adapt to the site, but to transform its natural conditions into spatial and landscape potential.

MODULAR HOUSE NESTFRAME
This project began as an exploration into the potential of prefabricated architecture — an attempt to move beyond the conceptual and realize a fully functioning living environment. The first Nestframe modular house has since been completed and is now in use.

Temporary 20K Modular stadium
The stadium has a rectangular shape on the ground plan, with external dimensions of 185x145 m and a capacity for more than 20,000 spectators, distributed between a Preferred Stand, to the West and 3 General Public Stands on the other three sides of the playing field.

The 20,203 spectators are distributed as follows:
• General public (18,864), distributed on two levels of stands, with a distribution ring between them. Access is via 16 access modules and 18 stairs that lead directly to the vomitories. The stands can be divided by fences to sectorize the fans of the different teams.

A design house with high qualities in Mallorca; a modular house based on the Tiana model from our Collection 111 catalogue with 358m² distributed across 2 floors . A house designed exactly like the Tiana model with a conventional layout and its characteristic S-shaped elevation, which highlights the play of volumes and overhangs of the house.
A luxury home with a distribution on two floors and basement with a total of 358 m² with contrasts present both in its facade, to further highlight its volume, and in its interior, thanks to materials such as technological wood.

Tailor-made, 95% built in factory, and designed for family reunions by the Mediterranean. Infinity pool, open-plan interiors and a central piano define this unique example of bespoke modular architecture.
Set on a cliff in Jávea, in the heart of Spain’s Costa Blanca, this spectacular modular villa was custom-designed by Casas inHAUS. Spanning 572 m² over three levels, the home was conceived as a summer retreat and family gathering place for an international family spread across the globe. The goal was clear: to create a home where everyone could come together, enjoy each other's company, and make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

Cross cantilever house in Mallorca
Spectacular house with a total of 231 m² located in a prestigious area of Mallorca. A house that adapts completely to the unevenness of the terrain.
The most differentiating element of this residence is that it is a ‘cross house’: the upper volume is situated perpendicular to the construction of the ground floor, thus forming an attractive figure, with cantilevers, facing the two main façades.
