The stadium has a rectangular shape on the ground plan, with external dimensions of 185x145 m and a capacity for more than 20,000 spectators, distributed between a Preferred Stand, to the West and 3 General Public Stands on the other three sides of the playing field.
The 20,203 spectators are distributed as follows:
• General public (18,864), distributed on two levels of stands, with a distribution ring between them. Access is via 16 access modules and 18 stairs that lead directly to the vomitories. The stands can be divided by fences to sectorize the fans of the different teams.
• Spectators with reduced mobility (PRM) (200 + 200 companions), distributed around the playing field
• VIP spectators (675), distributed in the preferred stand on both sides of the authorities' box and in 3 private boxes. They have independent access from the building.
• The Media (258), distributed between the stands to the right of the Authorities' box and the 9 booths, with independent access from the building. The first row of seats is provided along it with a desk.
• The Authorities (6) are located in the centre of the main box. They are also provided with a desk and more comfortable seats.
The stadium grounds are distributed in “concentric rings”:
• A first ring for the exterior circulation of the general public.
• A second ring for interior circulation, which houses: the sales stands and the public toilets.
• A third ring under the stands for all the technical rooms and storage areas.
For the configuration of the stadium we have used two modular prefabricated systems: Scaffolding for the general public stands and the preferred tribune, and self-supporting and stackable modules for the annex buildings.
