Wall48 - Track System
Wall48 was developed around a simple architectural question:
How can artworks, objects and changing displays be illuminated without filling walls with cables, fixtures and mounting points?
The answer is a continuous wall-mounted infrastructure that combines picture suspension, power supply and lighting within a single track.
For more than two decades, Buschfeld wall tracks have been used in private residences, galleries, museums and collections. Rather than treating lighting and picture hanging as separate systems, Wall48 brings both functions together. Artworks, photographs and objects can be suspended directly from the track, while luminaires can be positioned precisely where they are needed.

Hanging Landscapes.
we presented in Madrid Hanging Landscapes. A low-tech intervention made with white fabric, wind, light and the scent of clean laundry, as part of the LuzMadrid 2026 festival. It gave us particular pleasure to do it in the city where we live and where we have been working since the beginning.
Hanging Landscapes brings back an image that belongs to the collective imagination: white sheets stirred by the wind, hanging in the sun, carrying the scent of clean laundry and crossed by clear light. A scene linked to childhood, to the home and to everyday life.

Sway
Inspired by the swaying grasses of Naoshima Island, Sway is a poetic lighting piece that gently responds to the air around it. Drawing from the layered aesthetics of traditional Japanese lanterns and the translucency of washi paper, Anne-Lise and Søren developed a new robotic weaving technique—merging craft and code to create the subtle overlapping of patterns in a new material language. The result is a lamp that not only emits a soft, diffuse glow, but also embodies lightness and motion—suspended on a slender pole, anchored in a sculptural stone base that references natural terrains like riverbeds and dunes. The building’s conversion was designed by SIRS Architects in close collaboration with Gilbert & George, the renowned and performative British art duo.
