Green Hall 2, a cutting-edge business centre located on a bend of Neris River, is distinguished by its soft architectural forms. Structural plan, interior and furniture design of the Černiauskas ir Partneriai law firm and Blockchain centre, both based on the top floor of the business centre, excellently corresponds to the streamlined shape of the building. I did not know too well Saint-Lô and its surroundings then, but I felt somehow an attraction for this land with a peculiar geography, this real and old peninsula, and this Manche département name always struck a chord with me. Lavazza opened its first business centre in Italy, in the science and technology park Tecnopolo, in west Rome. This building combines administrative offices and the Training Center, which focuses on representing the brand as well as personnel training. The large open-plan space has no internal subdivisions and is split into two macro-areas, subsequently joined to a central axis, which houses a meeting room and storage, shared by the two areas respectively. Bates Smart have crafted a network of fine grain public spaces for this project, from the civic scaled Legislative Plaza that opens up and visually connects with Akuna Street, to the intimate Pocket Square near the corner of Constitution Avenue and London Circuit. A pedestrian laneway connects Constitution Avenue to the Legislative Plaza and the Canberra Theatre. Knowles Place will become a shared way providing vehicle access and a new pedestrian lane. In the heart of Budapest, you can find the KI20 Business Centre, an elegant three-storey Neo-Renaissance construction which has been recently renovated. The objective was to convert it into a modern office building, maintaining the historic façade and the great central staircase.   The interior courtyard, covered by a glass roof, included a wall with electrical mechanisms and exposed pipes. Black coexistence is the second project of the main hall in  Europassage Business Park designed by Dmytro Aranchii Architects. In contrast to the Tween Coexistence project, the second reception hall is designed in black, with coloured sofas and constructions in turquoise colour. The hall combines the functions of a waiting area, a reception, a cafe, a communication area, and a bathroom.   The task was to create a space that would welcome the employees and visitors of the business park and create an area for communication and meetings.
