This project exhibited a patchwork nature, consisting of various facets and sections that initially appeared chaotic in their intersections. However, this quality also held the potential to create positive outcomes. We identified this characteristic as the project's main strength, and the design team focused on establishing a foundation that would effectively manage these intersections, allowing for a harmonious and coherent expression within the project's context. A new outlet for a health forward cafe has been designed by the Delhi based studio, Tangible Intangible Design Office or TI:DO as they are also known. JAZZMINE, designed by nnm+ architects, was founded by Zeyu Shen, a young French dessert chef with an overseas background, who is not only passionate about French desserts but also has a deep love for jazz music. It is designed to be sustainable and quirky with two outlets located in the bustling streets of Jayanagar and Koramangala.
