Int-Hab a word play of “Intuitive Habitat” founded in the year 2012 is an architecture and design studio specializing in architecture, interior and product design. Head quartered in Bangalore, the design studio believes in providing design solutions for a wide array of projects ranging from residential, hospitality, healthcare to institutional while being sensitive to the end user’s expectations and requirements. The studio’s design ideology revolves around the principles of Cost-effectiveness, Minimalism, Sustainability, Feasibility and Functionality. The studio maintains constant dialogue between all the stake holders and uses latest technology trends, appropriate materials and innovative design strategies to create consumer centric designs. A strong sense of service delivery and commitment towards each project has resulted in the studio enjoying lasting relationships with their clients. About our Founder:-Sachin Shetty, Principal Architect: Sachin Shetty is an architect and a teacher who is the founder and principal architect at Int-Hab architecture design studio. He also is a visiting professor at BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. He studied at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He further went on to complete his Post Graduation Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. He is involved in planning and designing for projects of varied scales ranging from residential, hospital, hospitality, institutional to apartment complex. His forte lies in creating meaningful architectural spaces by giving equal prominence to built versus unbuilt.
