Panambi House is located in a noble, quiet and wooded area of the city of Toledo, in the interior of state of Paraná. With the intention of dissolving the barriers between public and private, we expanded the access to the house, making the sidewalk an integral part of this set. In order to respect the privacy of the residents, we raised the access by adding floating steps that interact with planters on different levels, leading the user to the entrance hall. This beach house is located in the Atlantic coast of Argentina, 10 kilometers away from Pinamar, and 400 meters away from the beach, where the sound of the sea is constant. One of the main premises was to respect the coniferous forest, along with the "L" shape facing north. It is developed in one-story with the open possibility to build a new floor on top (one of the patios sets the space for the potential stairs). This "L" configuration allows to separate the public area from the private, articulating these spaces through three patios which capture light. The project consists in the design of a detached house in a lot with an area of ​​556.00 m2 in the La Aurora urbanization in the district of Miraflores in Lima, Peru. This project was presented in the municipality of Miraflores in April 2017.The urbanistic parameters of the lot allow a maximum height of 3 floors, 3 parking spaces for the house and a free area of ​​35% of the lot as a minimum.The house is organized in a volume of 2 floors with an L shape. It has a pedestrian entrance along Calle Los Gladiolos and vehicular entrance through Salvador Gutiérrez street. For this apartment located west of Mexico City, Sobrado + Ugalde arquitectos welded both architecture and interior design to create separate environments using translucent elements that can be moved to integrate or close the spaces according to the different needs of its inhabitants. The constant change of use, the presence of different architectural styles, and the passing of the years, made from Niop a very different place in outline and operation from the conception of a traditional Hacienda in Southeast Mexico. This housing development has a very special location within this semi-arid city: it is built along a stream that is lined with a variety of native trees. The project consists of fifteen houses ranging in size from 3,800 to 4,300 square feet. There are three different floor plans to choose from along with five different façades, in order to have at the end, fifteen unique houses. The three types of solutions, known as “Brisa,” “Rio” and "Terra," all have different footage and characteristics.
