Moca Estudio presents this restaurant with our Zelij collection, with a handmade appearance and glossy finish. The project is developed in a 300 square meter area, in a listed historic building built in 1925.

The LIFE CerSuds proposal addresses the problem of water and soil sealing in the city through the development of a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) reusing low commercial value ceramics to produce a draining pavement. This initiative is developed within the framework of the European Union Program LIFE15CCA/ES/000091, with the specific purpose of focusing on adaptation to climate change while providing a sustainable urbanization solution.

MicroCity is an innovative concept for buildings and neighborhoods. By offering a mix of complementary functions it creates opportunities to enhance the post-carbon circular economy.
