The building comprises 35 apartments for families of different sizes and at different stages of life, allowing residents to continue living in the city while having access to public transportation, work, schools, and neighborhood services. Casa A24

Casa A24 is located in Querétaro, Mexico, in a suburb in the periphery of the city with significant growth and great capital gains. The specific restrictions of the suburb benefited the project by allowing us to create 4 facades, as if it were an isolated lot. Joan Soto Joan Soto Joan Soto Joan Soto The house was designed for a family of 4 members that were looking for the greatest connection in the public interior space. A double height is the heart of the house, to which all spaces connect. It was sought that each of the bedrooms, which are located on the upper floor, had discreet natural lighting and ventilation from the outside, which is why a series of volumes were proposed, like closed boxes, that maintain... CENTRAL

The Central Building, designed by Danilo Dangubic Architects in Pancevo, represents a bold approach to multi-family residential architecture compared to the current production. On one hand, it demonstrates a careful and responsible attitude towards the microenvironment of the city block and contributes significantly to the city’s identity. On the other hand, it innovatively treats the facade as a new type of living space for each apartment. Ilya Ivanov Ilya Ivanov In relation to the immediate context of the city center, the Central Building successfully establishes a dialogue between contemporary architecture and its neighbors from past epochs, harmoniously fitting into the eclectic ambiance of Vojvode Radomir Putnik Street... Studio Farris Architects’ Zottegem residential project integrates contemporary and historic architecture

Studio Farris Architects has completed a new residential project in Zottegem, a small city in East Flanders, Belgium. An urban redevelopment and regeneration scheme, it is located on the site of the former OLV Collegium, a 19th century building in Zottegem’s center. The project’s integration of contemporary and historic architecture reconnects this once abandoned site to the city’s urban fabric. Martino Pietropoli OLV Collegium, a former neo-Gothic school built in 1862, was a neglected building in Zottegem’s historic center and was damaged by a fire in 2012. Purchased by a developer in 2017, Studio Farris Architects was selected to design a masterplan for new homes and public underground parking. In line wi... More

Chelsea Loft

This renovation to a classic Chelsea loft space upends the typical distinction between a home’s public and private realms to create a continuous space designed for pleasure.  Eric Petschek The space flows freely from the entrance, through the living, dining and kitchen areas at the front of the apartment to the master bedroom and en suite shower at the rear. Only the toilet and two guest bathrooms are enclosed.  Eric Petschek We contrasted the space’s raw unfinished elements —exposed brick, piping, and ceiling beams—with sleek finishes for the built features: marble in the bathrooms; a zinc- clad kitchen countertop; and a large rotating mirrored wall at the entrance to the bedroom.  Eric... ROVER 3-SEATER SOFA

An original design by Commune, the Rover wood furniture collection is designed to be a glamorous reminder of the world of the leisure class, with its strong traditions of hunting, horse racing, country club visits and exotic travel. The traditional, rich, dark and warm colour palette and cosy textures capture the flavour of owning a heritage, laidback country home with the romantically nostalgic appeal of the equestrian chic. With its elements of European tailoring and classic silhouettes, the Rover furniture collection by Commune is designed fo...
