San Marino Outlet Experience

On the north-eastern border of the Republic of San Marino, at the foot of the hillside that characterizes this area, Oneworks was commissioned to design a new luxury outlet destination to support the local community and tourism from local towns. DESIGN DESCRIPTION Entropic has won the competition for a new road bridge in Ängelholm, Sweden. Himlavalvet, translating to the Swedish phrase ”heavens Vault”, the bridge will allow people to climb a structural staircase and connect with the sky above to be one with the surrounding natural environment.  Today, cities and towns are shifting towards providing greater diversity in how we can interact with the city, to encourage people to be active and outdoors. Epstein is pleased to be providing full-service design and engineering services for a multi-phased mixed-use development in Bacau, Romania, a city situated in the historical region of Moldavia, at the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains. Two Tabor

Epstein served as the design architect, MEP/FP engineer and structural engineer for Two Tabor, a 33-story high-rise office building located in Denver, Colorado. Two Tabor's full-block site is bordered by Larimer, Lawrence, 16th and 17th streets and is a component of an urban development that was initially constructed in the mid-1980's. At that time a master plan was developed that included two office towers, retail space and hotel. The initial construction in 1987 included the hotel, the retail component and one of the office towers, which was subsequently named One Tabor. Park Plaza

Epstein provided architectural and interior design, as well as full-service engineering services, for an expansion & partial renovation to the Park Plaza Senior Living Center in Chicago, Illinois. Park Plaza is an 180,000-square-foot modern Jewish Orthodox senior retirement facility located on the north side of Chicago, built in 1987. The center includes many amenities for social functions such as a beauty salon, library, and game room, as well as other facilities for physical therapy, and worship in an independent community. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is nestled within a ravine, flanked by two hills set on one hundred and twenty acres of Ozark landscape. Upstream to the south is Crystal Springs and, beyond that, the family residence designed by the celebrated Arkansas architect Fay Jones. The hillsides, which contain a network of trails that lead to downtown Bentonville, are covered with mature growth of oaks, dogwoods and crowned by Arkansas white pine on the crest.
