Triumcare - Psychology Clinic
Starting from an existing abandoned space, the aim of the project was to install three psychology offices, supported by a reception, a waiting area, two storage/technical areas and two sanitary facilities (men, women + reduced mobility).

The existing structure, from the outset, paved the way for a simple and functional layout to be established, with a unique “L” shaped path, around which the necessary compartments are located.

The three offices were installed to take advantage of the existing windows, the reception and waiting area immediately next to the only entrance, and the sanitary facilities in the place where there is already a water and sanitation network.

Duplex PH
'Less is more' was the starting point for the design of the rooftop
With the purpose of printing the unique traces of the office, but without harming the original architecture of the building, the professionals Bruno Carvalho and Camila Avelar, duo in front of the renowned BC Architects, focused on the small constructive details of the duplex of 380sqm, which at the end of the accounts, served as inspiration for the décor of the first home of a young couple and a newborn baby.

Claro Smart Center
The Claro Smart Center dome is a commercial venue built for a multinational telecommunications company named Claro. It is located inside an important Shopping Mall based in Lima, Peru. TSM Asociados SRL was elected to design the interior of this space.
The main function of this premise is to sell tablets and smartphones, as well as provide information about the services and products.
This project had a certain level of complexity due to a preexisting geodesic dome which was at the site before the interior design began. The main challenge was to create an internal layer that could be supported by itself, without interacting with the external skin, enabling mechanical equipment such as fire safety and cooling system to be installed.
