MUJI Harvard Square

The new MUJI store in Harvard Square occupies four floors of the iconic former Design Research building. Located in the heart of Cambridge, the project reactivates one of the square’s most recognizable brutalist interiors with a deliberately restrained, sustainability-forward approach. Delivered in just ten weeks—on time and on budget—in collaboration with Votze Butler Associates as General Contractor and ACTWO Architects as Executive Architect, the project demonstrates what focused strategy and disciplined execution can achieve within a landmark context. Voyeur Voyeur Flagship Store

A retail space defined by a "frozen" landscape of white geometric volumes and one-way mirrors that explore the boundary between public display and private observation. Paul Riddle Located in Shoreditch London, the new Voyeur Voyeur flagship store by CRAB Studio reimagines the retail environment as a gallery-like cavern. The design centres on an abstract landscape of bold, geometric masses that appear to tumble through the space, sliced through by an eyeline horizon mirror. By balancing a monochromatic palette with strategic sightlines, the project transforms the act of shopping into a choreographed performance of voyeurism and reflection.About the brand Voyeur Voyeur is a multi-label luxury fashion and lifestyle store located in Shor... Manto Store - Bukhari

The concept behind Manto’s first flagship store is a deliberate translation of the brand's distinctive identity into an immersive, tactile environment. Manto as a brand weaves together heritage and contemporary aesthetics, resonating with thinkers, creatives, doers, and those who challenge conventions. This ethos is woven seamlessly into thestore’s design, evoking nostalgia through timeless craftsmanship while embracing modern interpretations of materiality. Noorulain Ali The exterior stands as a striking white pearl along Bukhari Commercial Road, with a subtle, tactile richness created by an irregular stone plinth paired with a washed terrazzo façade. Visitors are welcomed through a tall, translucent glass door. In... More

Toutche

Quietly set beneath the plane trees, built through a "demoulding" process, the space reveals its own framework, like a freshly unmoulded block of tofu that retains the marks of its formwork. Vertical and horizontal "lines of muscle" organize the interior — guiding light, display, and movement in silent order. Muted textures and a restrained palette create a sense of suspension and neutrality, allowing function and material to merge naturally within structure. PAPAYA showroom

A new PAPAYA brand showroom has opened in the heart of the city — a space that continues the philosophy of Between the Walls, where the interior is viewed as a living matter that engages in dialogue with the past and the present. Caption The studio team began their work with a sense of respect for the history of the place. The space of the former Koshchovni Rachi store retained its authentic elements — shell rock walls and anodized aluminum display cases. These became the starting point for the new interior. Instead of erasing the past, Between the Walls preserved it, emphasized it, and restored it. Fragments of shell rock were found and supplemented with natural stone from the Rivne region, which had been brought to this... More

Poshaak

As designers, the vision for this boutique in Surat was to create a unique, immersive retail experience that goes beyond the conventional norms. Drawing inspiration from the contours of the female anatomy, every surface within the 750 sq.ft space is thoughtfully designed with soft, flowing lines. This approach gently dissolves the rigid stereotypes typically associated with fashion boutiques, lending a sense of warmth and approachability. Umang Shah Umang Shah The base palette throughout the boutique is deliberately muted, serving as a quiet, elegant canvas. This neutral foundation allows the garments designed by talented fashion creators to take center stage, infusing the space with vibrant colors and intricate details. The choi... More

DICIASSETTE

Beneath the porticoes of the first building in Morbegno designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni, a new commercial activity has opened its doors. Marcello Mariana Morbegno is distinguished not only by Caccia’s architecture, but also by views of the surrounding mountains and waterways, with the Ganda bridge serving as a symbol of union between the town and the Rhaetian Alps. This late-18th-century stone structure, characterized by three imposing arches stretching over the Adda River, provides the conceptual foundation for the project. Marcello Mariana Diciassette.Morbegno is a women's clothing store designed in keeping with the principles of biophilic design, aiming to express a sense of belonging to the region through discovery... Faye's Parlour Fashion Boutique

Faye’s Parlour is a sculptural interior designed for a contemporary fashion boutique in Changshu, Jiangsu. Conceived as both a space of commerce and experience, the project explores how form, light, and material can converge to create an environment that is as precise as it is immersive—an architecture of rhythm and restraint. Yu Ruan True to the name “Parlour,” the space is imagined less as a retail store and more as a lounge—a place where taste, style, and conversation unfold slowly. The boutique’s founder envisioned a relaxed, intimate setting where clients could browse, pause, and talk—where fashion could be experienced not as spectacle, but as dialogue. This spatial brief shaped every des... More

Andrews Bayview Village

Located in uptown Toronto, the Bayview Village Shopping Centre is an icon from the 1960s, a time that saw smaller community malls open in growing residential neighbourhoods across the city — many of which are now gone. In our present, a growing desire for meaningful retail experiences in tangible, local environments inspires our transformation of Andrews, a celebrated Canadian womenswear retailer with a 5,500-square-foot location inside the mall.   John Alunan While offering a large selection typical of a department store, the brand’s goal is to provide a customer experience that feels closer to that of a boutique. In service of this balance, we devised an arrangement of low-to-the-ground volumes that instill a sense... More
