Bloom Specialty Coffee transformed a former auto workshop near Romexpo into a hybrid café and flower shop. The challenge was converting a small industrial building with metal structure and glazed surfaces into a warm, elegant space. The design created an urban oasis, combining artisan coffee and beautiful flowers in a minimalist, nature-inspired setting. Custom branding, like the “petal cup” motif, reflects the café’s values of taste and refinement. When heading towards this coffee bar, the first thing that catches your eye is the beautifully designed curved back bar. It's not just any ordinary bar; it's a masterpiece of steel and antique brass-plated decorative wire mesh that defines the space with elegance and functionality. The Monic Coffee is a renovation of a car showroom. The main highlight of the project is the large curved glass. Coffee shop chain project with secret boxes. Inside the boxes will contain different natural elements. The first box is the tree. Creating and recycling from old materials, UnderKafe is inspired by old factories but is filled with sunlight and greenery inside.  We decided to create an open and airy space by completely removing all the walls and keeping only the house's structure. The main materials used throughout Peet’s Coffee stores - warm timber finishes, white painted walls, plants which embody the Peet’s Californian origins - are present within the UCCA space, ensuring that the store remains consistent with the brand identity established in China.  Seth Powers Seth Powers Layered on top of this neutral palette are bolder materials chosen specifically for this location.
