Coffee shop chain project with secret boxes. Inside the boxes will contain different natural elements. The first box is the tree.

Creating and recycling from old materials, UnderKafe is inspired by old factories but is filled with sunlight and greenery inside. 

We decided to create an open and airy space by completely removing all the walls and keeping only the house's structure.

The facade is the covered Ringlocks Scaffolding. The key to creating the uniqueness of this stype of scaffolding lies in the connections of the struts and braces, the tightening key, the chains and links are designed to be much more logical and safe, creating better connections. Solid connection, durable, high bearing capacity, extremely high safety.

This coffee shop is like a "Terrarium" box, with a large, enclosed space that holds a complete ecosystem with everything needed to grow inside.

The main part of project is to handle cold air always in the building. We arrange exhaust fans and blowers to regulate the hot air above to compress and keep cold air from escaping when the door is opened.

The industrial style is clear through the use of black-painted iron, smooth concrete walls, and tin roofs like factories. Every line and detail shows renovation and creativity.

However, the most special feature is the integration of green plants into the space. To solve the heat problem in Saigon's hot weather, we carefully created a cool, green garden inside. This not only makes customers feel comfortable and cool but also keeps the plants alive in the city environment.

This green garden not only brings a close-to-nature feeling but also creates a relaxing and peaceful space for customers. Every corner of the café is covered with green plants, making it like a tropical forest in the city.
