Located in Via Dardanelli, Rome, and designed by Architect Marzia Fiume Garelli (FiumeArchitecture) in 2014, this project is a sophisticated example of a multifunctional co-working space. Captured by the lens of Francesco Catino, the studio is designed to balance the diverse professional needs of a psychoanalyst, a neuropsychiatrist, a cardiologist, and an architect.

Adaptable Design & Fluid Spaces:
The core of the project is a central, prevalent space designed for total flexibility. This area can be seamlessly transformed into a meeting room, yoga studio, kitchen, exhibition space, or even a private cinema.

Key architectural features include:

The Sliding Wall: A versatile partition that can assume different configurations, allowing the occupants to reshape the environment based on the specific needs of the day.
The "Hidden" Kitchen: To maintain the multi-use aesthetic, the kitchen is cleverly tucked behind a retractable projection screen, staying out of sight during formal meetings or screenings.
Bespoke Furniture & "Sartorial" Architecture

A unique aspect of this intervention is the creation of custom-made furniture that blurs the line between product design and fashion:

The Psychoanalyst’s Chair: Specifically designed and handcrafted to provide a tailored ergonomic and aesthetic experience for the practice.
The Secretary’s Desk: A custom piece of furniture designed to optimize the administrative workflow within the studio.
Coordinated Aesthetics: Highlighting the architect's attention to detail, a custom-made dress was designed to perfectly match the chair's cushion fabric, creating a seamless visual harmony between the occupant and the architectural environment.
This project showcases how a clinical and professional setting can be infused with artistic identity and flexible functionality, making it a truly "bespoke" workspace.
