Illy Caffe

Collaborating as the digital-fabrication partner with Studio H2G, this coffee bar and lounge is located within Detroit Metro Airport’s McNamara Terminal. Inspired by the iconic Water Fountain installation at McNamara, this structure is composed of floating ribbons that illuminate with light and other multimedia devices. H2G It provides airport guests with a central point of destination to decompress, relax, and meet with traveling friends and colleagues; or to pause for a moment of quiet reflection while enjoying the world-class food and beverage services available along the mile-long concourse. Southern California Gas Company Compton HQ

This 4,000 SF renovation for the Southern California Gas Company in Compton focuses on enhancing the existing office space by incorporating new windows for better natural lighting, introducing varied materiality, and creating diverse workstations with varying levels of privacy. This ultimately resulted an improved office space, break room, restrooms, and locker rooms. Adega Santiago Restaurant

The restaurant Adega Santiago, which already had three units in the city of São Paulo, opened its first unit in Rio de Janeiro in the old event space of a mall in Barra da Tijuca. The new restaurant, which has gained a privileged location that opens to the landscape of the Tijuca Lagoon, had as main challenge to convert a large space in a more intimate environment. Its spatial organization privileges the visual connection of the hall with the lagoon, while its operational areas are concentrated close to the loading and services access of the mall and close to the original blind walls of the salon. Southerleigh

The Southerleigh Brewhouse celebrates the architecture and soul of the 1890s vintage building. Together with Joel Mozersky Design, we worked together to bring the gritty magnificence of the Brewhouse back to life, as if it had never shut down. Clayton Korte retained vestiges of the deep history at Pearl through the re-purposing of historic equipment into decorative and functional pieces. These icons of the past have been scattered throughout the 5,000 square foot restaurant and 2,600 square foot Brewery. Fifteen foot original stainless steel kettle tops were re-purposed to provide a focal point to one of the three dining rooms. lahznimmo architects were engaged by RMS in 2016 to provide lead consultancy services for the redevelopment of the Elizabeth Bay Marina. The existing facility was is in a deteriorated condition and in need of replacement. In order to meet continued operational requirements the new facility was to be designed and constructed on a tight project time line.Set at the edge of Beare Park, the existing building footprint and height set up the immediate expectation for the scale for the new development, particularly from the neighbouring residential community.
