NAB has continued their workplace evolution in its occupation of Wynyard Place.

The project links the two key buildings on the site, being the heritage Shell House with the new centre core Wynyard Place, providing them with a unique workplace proposition.

The bank has utilised this unique site to continue exploring its vision for connection to community and customers, with the bank occupying the lower floors of the building and creating a highly visible, connected stair in the space between the buildings.

The workplace proposition is simple: working to accommodate NAB’s trading floors and diverse business groups and build on a workplace philosophy that was started in Adelaide nearly 10 years prior.

NAB Sydney seeks to build on and accommodative the banks needs for flexibility and agility and also the overlay of agile methodologies and project teams.

NAB at Wynyard represents a balanced and human approach to the ‘customer and human bank’.
