Designed by CREATON Architectural Studio for the Municipality of Plovdiv – West District, this Urban Community Center with an above-ground multi-storey parking facility, exemplifies a holistic approach to public architecture. Тhe project reimagines parking infrastructure as a vibrant social and urban catalyst rather than a purely technical structure. Bungo Market

Located next to Bungo Central Station, in the Port of Luanda area, the project consists of the renovation and expansion of an existing building, covering 1,500 m² on a 17,200 m² plot. The aim was to create a contemporary market for collective use, dedicated to food and leisure, capable of enhancing the location and reinforcing its urban centrality. The Dalinggen Village Tea House, designed by Studio RE+N and honored with an Architizer A+ Award Special Mention in the Unbuilt Commercial category, is set to complete construction around June 2025. This 200-square-meter cultural and community hub is nestled in the Organic Tea Valley Park of Songyang County, Zhejiang Province. Space&Matter, in a consortium of Ballast Nedam Development, has won the bid to realise a nature-inclusive neighbourhood on Strandeiland, Amsterdam's newly constructed island east of the centre. Gently curving, perforated “Nordic Brass” solar screens help to define the character of a key community building in Melbourne, Australia. They also enhance its sustainability, recognized by a 6-Star highest ‘Greenstar’ rating. Designed by architects GroupGSA, the North Fitzroy Library and Community Hub is a three-story building incorporating a library, Maternal Child Health Facility and various community spaces.
