The STEP Concrete Basin is a bold rectangular sink defined by its distinctive stepped interior. Each level gradually descends towards the waste, creating depth within the basin while giving the otherwise clean, simple form a strong architectural character.
Made from ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), it is suitable for countertop or wall-mounted installation and produced to order.

The Chair
A sculptural chair designed to bring an architectural presence to the interior.
The chair combines a strong, monolithic silhouette with softly rounded edges and an intentionally tactile, imperfect surface. Its organic form gives it the presence of a sculptural object while remaining a functional and comfortable seat.
The chair is made using NEDEVDESIGN’s in-house concrete composite, developed as a lightweight alternative to solid concrete. A lightweight foam core is encased in a thin, strong, fibre-reinforced concrete shell, made primarily from cement and natural sand. Combines reduced weight with the distinctive character, texture and material presence of concrete.

The Coffee Table
A sculptural coffee table inspired by the raw, organic forms of stone and architecture.
The table combines a softly rounded tabletop with a sculptural multi-leg base, creating a strong, grounded presence while retaining an organic sense of movement. The irregular form of the base is deliberately tactile and imperfect, giving the piece a distinctive character from every angle.

Liminal Pavilion is a temporary architectural installation designed and constructed for a five-day public event exploring the theme of Tehran. Rather than representing the city through recognizable forms or imagery, the project investigates how architecture can translate the perceptual condition of Tehran into a spatial experience. Characterized by density, uncertainty, constant transformation, and fragmented sequences of movement, the city is interpreted not as an object to be observed but as a condition to be inhabited. The pavilion therefore functions as an experiential apparatus that reconstructs these urban qualities through a carefully choreographed progression of movement, light, material, and sensory perception.

The tapered 500 square-metre property is situated on a ridge on the right bank of Lake Zurich. The structure’s dimensions result from the contracting shape of the plot. The detached house comprises two full storeys with an attic and a basement including an underground car park. The projecting and receding levels of the single-shell concrete construction appear deliberately stacked on top of each other and create balconies with different orientations.
