The villa is designed by Founder Architect Saubhagya, Lead Architect Priya srivastava along with Khushank Kathuria & Neha Shah.

The journey begins with a striking red Corten steel gate that commands attention. Its warm, russet tones form a bold yet harmonious contrast against the verdant farm backdrop. More than just an entrance, this gate is a mural; a symbol of the intricate dialogue between man-made innovation and the untamed beauty of nature. It serves as a portal to a sanctuary where architecture feels grounded yet ethereal, rooted in the earth yet aspiring toward the heavens.
Designed for Gaurav Tinjni, Mohit Khurana & Amit Madan, the home’s design is a tribute to the enduring beauty of exposed brick and the ageless elegance of arches. The arches, revered throughout history for their strength and grace, define the spatial rhythm of the structure. Reflected in the still waters of the pool, they form perfect circles that seem to transcend time, creating a visual harmony that is both grounding and otherworldly.
The exposed brickwork tells a story of heritage and craftsmanship. Its textures, rich and weathered, evoke a sense of timelessness, inviting both touch and admiration. As daylight dances across the surface of these bricks, the interplay of light and shadow transforms them into living canvases. By night, they radiate a soft, earthen glow, echoing their origins in the soil.
Above, the architecture narrates a tale of dualities: weight and lightness, permanence and fluidity. Exposed concrete filler slabs, inlaid with fragments of local ceramics, scatter light into nostalgic patterns, offering glimpses of the region’s culture and history. Funicular shells, rising like frozen waves, defy gravity with their graceful curves while embracing it with structural ingenuity. This interplay creates a tectonic dialogue that invites contemplation.
Inside, the satin-polished concrete flooring flows seamlessly through the farmstay, creating an uninterrupted expanse that feels simultaneously intimate and expansive. The restrained material palette underscores the project’s philosophy of quiet luxury, where the focus is on fostering connections with nature, with oneself, and with the community.
Every aspect of this farm stay reflects a commitment to sustainability and local craftsmanship. The lighting fixtures, crafted from handwoven rattan cane, are created by tribal artisans. These fixtures not only illuminate the interiors with a soft, natural glow but also empower the local community, preserving traditional craftsmanship while providing livelihoods.
A Mediterranean-inspired gazebo, meticulously crafted by local artisans, orchestrates a gentle interplay of light and shadow throughout the day, creating a tranquil sunlit tableau beneath its gracefully woven bamboo ceiling.
Water conservation is integral to the design, with an extensive rainwater management system and a chain drip mechanism that guides rainwater from the roof to the earth. This thoughtful integration of groundwater recharge system, taking excess overflow 20 feet below ground, ensures that the home not only coexists with nature but actively nurtures it.
The interiors are a study in minimalism and refinement, where clean lines, natural materials, and earthy tones create an atmosphere of understated elegance. The four bathrooms, finished with seamless stained concrete, echo the surrounding landscape with their organic textures and seamless lines, offering a luxurious yet grounded experience.
