Sala de Música - Casa La Flecha

The project is located in Playa Matamora, in the department of Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay, facing the vastness of the Río de la Plata. The coastal landscape, both rugged and quiet, is defined by the constant presence of the river horizon and native vegetation, creating an atmosphere of contemplation that shapes the intent of the intervention. The work consists of an addition to an existing house, conceived as a music room that introduces a new dimension to dwelling. G2 House

The house is designed as a two-level volume that faces the lagoon and beach front of the condominium. The first level, containing the entrance, parking, and private bedroom area, is visually below the boardwalk level and is conceived as a solid concrete base that emerges from the ground. The second level, made up of the social core and master bedroom area, in contrast, is devised as a light element that rests on its base and opens towards the landscape and horizon. Located near Praça da Espanha, a bohemian spot in Curitiba / PR, the Apartment Ladrilho was designed to be the first home of a young couple.  Eduardo Macarios Eduardo Macarios The main challenge of the project was to find the best layout for the apartment's social spaces, ensuring enough storage space for the couple, without compromising the aesthetics or practicality of everyday life. Aromas Bakery is located in one of the nine main areas of Mexico City; Lomas de Chapultepec, residential and commercial neighborhood of first quality, constituting the largest number of mansions in the entire area and business centers of the city, causing the construction of various buildings of all types of architectural styles.   This project starts from an inspiration in the bakeries of yesteryear to generate a new and traditional identity.
