Aromas Bakery is located in one of the nine main areas of Mexico City; Lomas de Chapultepec, residential and commercial neighborhood of first quality, constituting the largest number of mansions in the entire area and business centers of the city, causing the construction of various buildings of all types of architectural styles.

This project starts from an inspiration in the bakeries of yesteryear to generate a new and traditional identity. In this new concept of bakery, seeks to rescue everyday delights, transforming the space into an intimate and familiar environment. Within the commercial premises, the proposal is integrated into the context creating simplicity and neatness in terms of chromatic materials, such as white tile, polished basalt, lambrín and polished cement, as well as decorative elements.

On the ground floor, it is made up of various elements and materials such as lambrín, basalto, white tile and blacksmithing in chromatic tones, giving a simple and neat turn to the interior, in which the design focused on the furniture exclusively designed and modulated for the user. The operation consists of the user taking a tour, locating the different areas; exhibition, located on the right side where pallets and wooden shelves are combined with a wall of lambrín, exhibiting freshly baked bread, our selection of wines, mezcales and crafts; located on the left side, there is a polished basalt bar which works as a bakery sales area, preparation of coffee and chocolate, sandwiches, juices and artisanal ice cream; finally locating the kitchen area in the background, where through showcases the user can enjoy the bread making process.

The second level is due to a large terrace used as a restaurant, having dining areas, kitchen and bar. Because this is a large and open space, the experience lived in the interior is unique, since the architectural environment is integrated into design elements, such as wooden shutters subdivide the area generating unified spaces, planters attached to full booth furniture of variety of plants, combined with the ceiling made of wooden beams and glass, making this space a play of light and shadows that is generated on the entire terrace. Again in the kitchen you can enjoy the preparation of all the dishes through showcases, taking the right side of the juice and drinks area polished basalt bar with a wooden side table.
