Situated in Toronto’s North York area and built in 2001 by Monarch Development Corporation, this Toronto condo sits near the intersection of Yonge St & Hillcrest Ave.With the façade designed to accentuate the verticality of the tower, a mix of precast and glass were arranged in a grid pattern.
