"J. Davis House Condos by Mattamy Homes and Biddington Homes is a boutique-style condominium designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. and is located at Yonge Street and Belsize Drive situated within a block of the TTC Davisville subway station. This residential development is named after "one of Davisville community's most prominent founding citizens". This building is a proposed eigth storey structure (31.7 metres in height) with retail at grade and 206 dwelling units including 33 rental replacement units. The J.
