Boston Beer

A workplace redesign that truly complements a company and its people? Cheers to that! After creating two successful Tap Rooms serving their craft brewing innovations, we partnered with The Boston Beer Company again – this time to transform their corporate office. Boston Beer asked us to help them create a more cohesive office environment that would connect and showcase their brands while fostering community and collaboration in their home base. Caption The existing 50,000 SF workplace had a public corridor that physically divided the office into two sides, with walls and storefronts – and security barriers – separating them. Our design team overcame the inconvenient layout by eliminating the barriers and opening up... More

VicBooth Office Conference Booth 3x4

The 3x4m VicBooth Office Conference Booth is probably the largest acoustic booth on the market.Large booths like the 3x4 conference booth were designed for office meetings, permitting partners and workmates to have a discussion or watch a presentation. The available room is like an open environment that isolates itself from outside noise and guarantees privacy to the conversations inside. Staging a presentation for a small audience that grabs the attention of everybody and is well understood has become a challenge. By making use of its acoustic qualities and accessories for suspended TV screens, this booth will catch everyone’s eye.  The VicBooth Office range is a complete sustainable ecosystem of phone booths, private spaces, a... Bamboo

In the midst of an office culture paradigm shift, Bamboo’s second location offers open coworking, private offices, amenity, and event spaces addressing the flux of workspace needs in new hybrid models. The adaptive reuse project converts a historic furniture store into a new community hub.  The design process began with a design decision guide. These parameters translate the business model and customer to the built environment.  Take a Break - Create pockets that are not reservable near workstations, enabling everyone to have flexibility with their work-flow without traversing the entire building.Connections - Common spaces should be adjacent to primary circulation providing more distance between heavy traffic areas and fo... OFS Showroom

The OFS Brands showroom in Los Angeles features a stunning glass conference room with Krownlab sliding door hardware.   A CUSTOM SPACE FOR CUSTOM FURNITURE  When OFS Brands designed their new Los Angeles showroom, they tapped Pam Light, pL-D Studio, and Klawiter and Associates to help shape it. OFS is a family owned, community driven company that has been providing socially responsible furniture and logistics solutions since 1937. It was important that their showroom have a truly refined aesthetic that preserved existing architectural elements—a spatial metaphor for their modern product offerings and their rich heritage. LC Privacy Glass: Conference Room

LC Privacy Glass was used to create this state-of-the-art conference room for a prominent Construction Management company in Woodbury, NY. The door and surrounding glass walls, when transparent, allow a full view of the beautiful reception area and mural, and then can become fully private when needed with the flip of a switch. Our patented PowerTrack allows the conference room door to slide open with no visible wires. The front wall can be used as a white board, or instantly transforms into a rear projection screen for impressive, eye-catching presentations. This project was installed by C&L Aluminum using the CRL 702 Series framing system. More

Digital Hure Table

We took our most successful and iconic 1900’s French machinery inspired design and set out to defy convention. A cleverly playful twist on our timeless classic Hure, we set to balance art and technology by using the mathematics of the “Delaunay” and “Voroni” tessellation to reduce weight while maintaining structural rigidity. The patterns that are revealed through the design process expresses a youthful reinvigoration of a modern digital aesthetic. The Digital Hure design is an ode to the past with the optimism of the future. More

Menasha High School

The Menasha High School project disproves the theory that existing building renovations cannot achieve the same modern, flexible and dynamic impact as new construction. Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) helped guide the District through a comprehensive process to align the facilities with modern education and implement personalized, collaborative learning practices while preserving the historic character of the building. The enhanced building serves the school’s diverse socioeconomic population through the creation of active learning and collaborative spaces, improved building accessibility and the addition of music and science wings. It was crucial to the District’s vision that renovations addressed circulation and ADA accessibility concerns a... CLUJ ARENA STADIUM

In 1911 the first athletic and soccer stadium was built in Cluj, near the Central Park and close to the river. A wooden tribune gave shelter to the spectators. After 50 years, in 1961, a new concrete stadium was built replacing the old one. It had a horse shoe shape, and it received after some time the name of a famous Romanian athlete. After another 50 years, following more than a decade of debates and proposals, the new Cluj Arena was built and opened to the public in 2011. The most important conceptual element of this project is the transparency allowing visual connections between the outside context and the indoor pool of activities. It also works vice-versa through the visual permeability of the facades which allows the sights to e... More
