Marraweeney is a weekend retreat in country Victoria. A contemporary home of elegant simplicity, designed to sit comfortably in the landscape while exuding a quiet presence on the hill. The site on the high point of a ridge was carefully chosen to maximise views, with the design mindful to avoid making an overpowering statement. A low-profile roof keeps the form grounded, while the house itself rests on a recessed plinth, allowing native grasses to grow uninterrupted beneath and give the impression of floating above the land. SNOB Architects designed this 240 m² apartment as a cohesive interior composition built on contrast between deep burgundy accents and natural materials. Wood, metal, stone, and glass are combined to create a layered yet balanced spatial atmosphere. SNOB Architects The open-plan kitchen–living area forms the core of the apartment. Velvet Concrete is a residential interior located in Zabłocie — a post-industrial district of Kraków undergoing rapid transformation. The project reinterprets this industrial heritage through material logic and spatial clarity, rather than through obvious aesthetic references. Rather than relying on decorative layering, the interior is conceived as a sequence of calibrated atmospheres, where deep plum, terracotta, and muted gold tones define perception, depth, and rhythm. KA11 is a residential building situated in the heart of Sofia, within the Lozenets district. Designed by IPA – Architecture and more, the project redefines the urban landscape by skillfully balancing scale, materiality, and context.
