This exceptional interior design is the result of artistic clients who let us create an out of the box living experience! They wanted new spaces to be enjoyed by the whole family, including the small ones! Oversized and custom-made multi-level sofas that define creativity are the centerpiece of this double height room. Apartamento Pedroso Alvarenga

As the years go by, customs and living arrangements change. Previously, the floor plans of residential apartments were highly compartmentalized, with various separate rooms divided by walls, a room for staff, numerous bathrooms, among other distinctive features. However, increasingly, the newer generations seek more open and connected spaces with fewer obstacles and a lively atmosphere. This is how we conceptualized this renovation project together with the young couple who owns this apartment in the Itaim neighborhood. Pedro Napolitano Prata With 110m² of space, we proposed the demolition of all the walls in the social or common areas, integrating them into a single, fluid, and cozy space. Where there used to be a living room, d... More

Trifolium Flowershop

Pedro Napolitano Prata Caption Pedro Napolitano Prata The shop covers just 35 square meters, but due to the removal of the existing ceiling, raising the ceiling height to 4 meters, the spatial sensation is comfortable. The lighting, with electrical conduits and tubular LED lights specially designed for the project, establishes the height of a conventional ceiling, giving proportion to the space. It was decided to highlight the sole exposed pillar in the shop, revealing its original materiality. Pedr... More

Apartamento Louvre

Situated in the iconic Louvre Building, designed by the São Paulo architect João Artacho Jurado in the 1950s, we proposed the almost complete demolition of the existing masonry in the apartment, reorganizing the space, bringing openness, and adapting the program to contemporary dynamics. We aimed to pay homage to this symbolic building by using its colors in the project's composition. Pedro Napolitano Prata Pedro Napolitano Prata Pedro Napolitano Prata We created a blue metal organizing volume that not only divides the spaces, concentrates the main wet areas of the apartment but also serves as a sculptural element, providing identity to the project. The kitchen, occupying one of the main sides of this volume, f... More

The Central Axis of the new Multimodal Hub in Nice

Development is currently starting of the central axis of the new multimodal hub, which will channel all the flows of traffic meeting here, creating a new centrality of this site. The traffic flows are the new tram system, buses, bicycles and pedestrians. Different movements with different needs. The following design issues are addressed here:1. Unification of the horizontal texture that forms all the paving. All the flows that cross the place are paved with natural or artificial stone. These textures are edged with sturdy blocks of light-coloured sandstone that contain the surfaces and create small differences in levels between them for safety reasons. The resulting paving is a continuous figure of stone, bound by the lines that form the...
