The Off
Located at 11 rue de la Chaussée d’Antin, directly facing the Opéra Garnier, The Off occupies a 1,700 sqm Haussmannian building whose generous volumes and historic character have been carefully revealed and enhanced. Conceived as a confidential workclub, the project reinterprets the workplace by hybridizing it with the codes of five-star hospitality.

For La Gardenia, a private event venue in Laval, we envisioned an immersive greenery design that transforms the space.

The project centers around an impressive artificial green moss wall, designed to create a striking focal point and bring an atmosphere that is both natural and sophisticated. This wall, rich in textures and shades of green, delivers a stunning visual impact while remaining maintenance-free.

Dolce Sitges
The brief comprised converting three contiguous rooms into a single room so that it could be used for large office meeting events or weddings while maintaining the option of using them separately. The fixed partitions that separated the central room from the adjacent rooms needed to be replaced by mobile phones that could allow their movement, while maintaining the current capacity if the Hotel required it.

The appearance of the rooms is simple as the design do not want to distract the users of the event that going to take place. The aim was to design a naked box that the companies or wedding couples could dress up according to their needs, spicing the room up with their branding and display.

City Conference Centre
LOM transformed a major financial institution’s head office with a new conference centre. The refurbishment of its former trading floor now provides space for a 320-seat auditorium and event catering facilities.
The striking auditorium has sliding movable walls so it can be divided into three spaces, each with capacity to hold 100 people. It is supported by the latest AV technology, including three 24-panel digital screens that form a panoramic video wall for presentations. Stackable seating enables the space to be adapted for a wide range of internal and external events.
