Located at 11 rue de la Chaussée d’Antin, directly facing the Opéra Garnier, The Off occupies a 1,700 sqm Haussmannian building whose generous volumes and historic character have been carefully revealed and enhanced. Conceived as a confidential workclub, the project reinterprets the workplace by hybridizing it with the codes of five-star hospitality.

Designed in-house by Deskeo’s Design & Architecture teams, the transformation of the existing floorplate was approached with a holistic vision. The ambition: to create an immersive destination capable of hosting work, reception and events within a coherent and unified spatial narrative.

The aesthetic language blends curated vintage pieces, contemporary furniture, carefully selected artworks and noble materials. Custom-built arches, terrazzo poured on site, crafted parquet flooring, restored stained-glass windows, rich textiles and bespoke seating contribute to a singular identity — somewhere between a London private club and Parisian elegance. Each detail was conceived to create a warm, lived-in atmosphere, far removed from conventional tertiary standards.

Beyond interior architecture, The Off mobilizes cross-disciplinary expertise: calibrated lighting design tailored to usage, a bespoke signature fragrance, a refined sound identity, spatial scenography and a deep reflection on user experience. This holistic approach orchestrates a true sensory journey, where materiality, light and acoustics shape the quality of the experience.

Private boardrooms, a panoramic lobby overlooking the Opéra, a signature restaurant, a fitness studio and a landscaped courtyard are articulated within a flexible framework. The spaces adapt to multiple configurations, enabling strategic meetings, conferences, product launches or private events within a controlled and adaptable environment.

With The Off, Deskeo explores a new generation of premium workplace — one where architecture, craftsmanship and hospitality converge to transform the office into a fully immersive experience.
