An apartment in Prague’s Holešovice district, overlooking the river and historic industrial halls, possessed a distinctive atmosphere from the start. The raw concrete ceiling, open floor plan, and panoramic city horizon set the tone for the entire design. Our goal was to enhance these qualities rather than overpower them.

The brief was clear: a modern interior with a subtle industrial touch. Instead of relying on bold gestures, we focused on materials and spatial rhythm.
