The interior of NORTH INT is filled with constructive elements that build the entire spatial composition of the apartment. The presented project is a southwest facing apartment in the wide center of Sofia. In the plan, at the macro level, we create a very definite division between the living room, the bedroom and the children's tract. Each of them has its own bathroom, which is very different in function and, accordingly, in design. PH Boris is the transformation of a classic residential typology in Buenos Aires. This architecture, very common in the city, was characterized by solving a set of housing units that share the same land and access. Each one of them gained natural ventilation and lighting through internal patios while its rooms were defined by fragmented spaces. The design proposal aims to rethink these characteristics as an opportunity to create a central space that would improve the versatility of the environments. Gärtner Internationale Möbel from Hamburg designed the rooms in Hammerbrook for the Hamburger Volksbank, providing places to meet and exchange ideas for seminars, training courses and events.
