The interior of NORTH INT is filled with constructive elements that build the entire spatial composition of the apartment.
For the zoning of the room, large planes were used that separate and connect together each object of the room.
For example, a marble wall separates a public area from a private one.
The kitchen, built between two semi-columns, is highlighted by a large dark spot to create a depth of space. The kitchen apron has the function of additional storage, while the main part of the kitchen is a console, its white stripe separates the dark square of the storage area.
Thanks to the white stripe of lockers, a minimalistic cantilever bar comes to the fore: its metal frame is hidden in a monolithic wall and lined with granite.
A bookshelf stretches along the wall and covers part of the hall, a mirror was added to expand the space and create additional perspective.
A brutal concrete element - a column - also appears in the living room. And in the bedroom, a wall cleaned to concrete appears at the head of the bed.
Furniture with rectangular shapes and volumes brings us back to the minimalist style of the 1960s, which allows us to focus on the functionality of each item.
