This is a “collision” between traditional Chinese folk craftsmanship and contemporary arts. The image of Chinese peacock is expressed with the “paper flower” craft of Chinese folks. The space intends to be exploring oriental poetic aesthetics in a modern space in favor of the idea of “going with the wind”. General style of the architecture is a large gray-tone foundation being clad with grating composed of four materials, and four types of timber, as a whole, form a well-arranged spatial sequence by means of multi-level superposition and undulation in different sizes.
