Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a private investment firm: Villa Serenia, a 15,000 sq ft estate in Emirates Hills, Dubai. Nine interior renders came first, then vertical video with AI avatar hosts built from them, over 40 days and 4 revision rounds. 100CGI Studio The buyers are global, high net worth and deciding off-plan. A static gallery was never going to carry that sale on its own, because a buyer abroad first meets the house on a phone. The base is ordinary architectural visualization done carefully. The interiors were modelled and lit as designed: burgundy marble in the kitchen, wood cabinetry, curved upholstered seating and full-height glazing behind sheer curtains. 100CGI Studio Those renders were then fed into an AI... Visualization by 100CGI Studio for an interior architecture practice: an exclusive lounge and bar inside One Za'abeel in Dubai. Five stills went to the board for sign-off after 20 days and 3 revision rounds. The brief is one of the harder ones a render engine gets, because nearly everything in the room reflects. The walls are brushed champagne gold. The floor is book-matched calacatta. Glass display pavilions stand in the space, and the bar is a circular block of white onyx. Floor-to-ceiling glazing pours daylight across all of it. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio Each of those surfaces fails in its own way. Too little control and the room turns into a flat artificial mirror; too much light and it becomes a noisy field of blown highl... More

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a private developer: the interiors of a villa in the Arabian Hills belt of Dubai, shown as 5 stills and a 76-point tour before ground broke. The set was delivered in 10 days. The purpose was agreement. A developer, an interior designer and an owner each look at a house differently, and stone is expensive to reorder. A digital prototype let all three settle proportion and material on screen first. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio Three finishes carry the house, and all three are unforgiving in CGI: striated cream travertine running the walls, dark veined marble on the counters, smooth walnut joinery. Dubai daylight is hard and comes in through deep glass. Light it for drama and the travertine flatten... More

A long stone console, abstract artwork, sculptural table lighting and indoor planting give the entrance its identity... More

There is nothing worse than giving the right answers to the wrong questions.Alejandro Aravena In a city that constantly redefines the boundaries of architecture, Dubai's skyline often prioritizes spectacle over the essence of architecture—the creation of spatial experiences. Therefore, to go beyond the status quo in this region, one must begin by asking precise and meaningful questions to chart a more effective path forward. Rooted in this approach, the Edition Hotel presents a human-centered typology that stands apart from the conventional skyscrapers of Dubai. Our central question in defining this project was: How can we design a skyscraper in Dubai that derives its significance not from its exterior facade but from the experi... More
