Mitra - Home Renovation in Jumeirah Islands Dubai
Mitra Villa is a completed renovation of a four-bedroom residence in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. The project covers 4,553 sq. ft. and includes the entrance, double-height living hall, staircase, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
The renovation was developed around three main objectives: to create a brighter arrival, connect the principal family spaces and establish one consistent material language throughout the house.
The entrance begins with a relatively contained foyer that frames the taller central hall beyond it. Pale stone-look flooring continues through both spaces, helping the transition feel uninterrupted. Inspired by the enticing aroma of freshly ground beans and the comforting warmth that each sip brings, H2R focused on encapsulating a coffee culture that engages all the senses. A space that combines history, roots, and groundedness with contemporary elements and pays homage to Brew’s first outlet on Jumeirah Road.
