Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a private investment firm: Villa Serenia, a 15,000 sq ft estate in Emirates Hills, Dubai. Nine interior renders came first, then vertical video with AI avatar hosts built from them, over 40 days and 4 revision rounds.
The buyers are global, high net worth and deciding off-plan. A static gallery was never going to carry that sale on its own, because a buyer abroad first meets the house on a phone.
The base is ordinary architectural visualization done carefully. The interiors were modelled and lit as designed: burgundy marble in the kitchen, wood cabinetry, curved upholstered seating and full-height glazing behind sheer curtains.
Those renders were then fed into an AI video pipeline: vertical cuts made for a phone rather than a boardroom screen, synthetic hosts delivering the walkthrough, and narration scripted into the loop for several languages. A buyer abroad can scroll the house with a host beside them, with no film crew and no travel.
The limits are stated plainly. AI video is good at mood and reach. It is not good at the accurate, as-designed render that a fit-out is signed off against, and the avatars hold up in short scripted tours, not yet in a live unscripted conversation with a buyer.
Rendered in 3ds Max and Corona. More projects from the city: Dubai interior visualization. Full case study: Villa Serenia.
