Phase 1 of the Elche Neurodevelopment Institute is the first completed building in a four-phase complex dedicated to early intervention, family support, and specialized early childhood education. Conceived as a single-story pavilion, this initial building blurs the boundary between interior and exterior to create a calm, accessible, and perceptually welcoming therapeutic environment. The Children's Health Foundation sought a space capable of supporting children's development through observation, interaction, and emotional comfort. BARCELONA CONTAINERS HOUSE IS AN EXAMPLE OF SUSTAINABLE AND RECYCLABLE ARCHITECTURE  WITH A DIFFERENT AESTHETIC. A HOUSE OUT OF THE ORDINARY.   In the surroundings of Barcelona we have built a design house with containers, the Barcelona Containers House. A rational architecture design, recyclable and balanced with the environment. A family with new ideas and a desire to change the world proposed us the challenge of building a house with recycling. Much of the reused elements had to be used in the construction of the house. Its construction should be simple since they themselves wanted to be part of the house by building it step by step. More

It is a mixed-use building located in Mexico City in Colonia del Valle. The land has a corner condition and one of the streets is pedestrian and has a public square. Such projects are necessarily linked to a business scheme, where the main challenge is to achieve a profitable project, however, and beyond solving that issue proposals that increase the value of the spaces were raised. ULMA has restores the symbolic facade of residential building of 14 floors Rey Pelayo, located in the famous Marques de Gijon square, in the North of Spain, with its ventilated facade line . The aim of Jorge Noval, architect and author of the project was to create an attractive restoration of the old building and also to improve its thermal and acoustic isolation, qualities which ULMA ventilated facades provide.
