The shopping centre Q19 breathes new life into a long underrated quarter in Vienna’s 19th district. Between railroad tracks, the Karl-Marx-Hof and the now revitalized Kreilplatz, the former Samum Papierfabrik mutates into a shopping mall in Döbling, now an urban landmark in north-western Vienna. The fire station north is located in linz-urfahr. The operational building from the 1970s met in functional and thermal terms not the requirements and standards of modern fire stations. Since the basic substance of the building was ok, a functional renovation and extension of the existing fire station was decided. The design combines clear and efficient functionality with an architectural language appropriate to the construction task.   The aim of the renovation was to give the building a completely new identity while retaining large parts of the supporting and façade structure. ​PDP London’s mixed-use scheme for Prince of Wales Yard within the grounds of Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the Chelsea Pensioners, was completed in 2016. The project includes the refurbishment and fit-out of the 19th-century Laundry, and two other adjacent structures to provide new offices for the Royal Hospital administration, workshops and welfare facilities for Hospital maintenance staff, and hobby rooms for the In-Pensioners. In 1998, the Coimbra Regional Headquarters of the Pharmacists’ Association bought two semi-detached houses. In 2010 the Pharmacists’ Association decided to occupy both buildings, to which end it had to requalify number 12B, lying vacant and presenting signs of decay.The rehabilitation project focused on adapting the building to the new functional programme, establishing interior communications with the adjacent building. The principle that characterized the intervention was based on the interior remodeling of the building by adding value or replacing its original configuration and materials. PAD completed the fit-out of International Superyacht Company Green Marine in April 2011. Commissioned in November 2010 PAD completed Feasibility Design, Design Development and full Construction drawings in only 8 weeks. Construction took a further 9 weeks and was delivered within the target budget. The new entrance to Green Marine is cut into the existing 1920's industrial shed located within Hythe Marine Park. A dramatic new staircase and reception area with polished resin floor evoke watery images whilst being robust. A bespoke oak reception desk and oak lined observation window demonstrate PAD's attention to detail and allow visitors and clients to view the shop floor during discussions.
