RC Crystal Park Tower

The concept of the Crystal Park Tower residential complex project is a combination of quiet nature and residential buildings near the park named after Pushkin in the center of the capital. Therefore, our task was to emphasize with light the natural component inside the residential complex, which makes it one whole with the surrounding park environment. We avoided excessive daylight, which contributes to the light pollution of the domain. At the same time, the warm tones of the lighting are selected in such a way that the building fits into the warm tones of the surrounding nature. Expolight Expolight Accent light reveals the corners of the building and makes it recognizable in the city panorama. We decided not to flood the entire... More

City Oasis Apartment

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city, an old building has been transformed into CITY OASIS: an ensemble of 27 rooms of a serviced apartment that are different in size (24 - 45 m2).  Since Ho Chi Minh city is the largest metropolis in Vietnam, pollution, in general, is inevitable. It is not hard to notice the light dome hanging above the city. The high density of population, transportation, and modern buildings trap the city lights, which then results in light pollution. Also, urbanization makes green and calm spaces rare to find in the city.  Such a crowded, lack-of-shade, and light-polluted city can cause bad effects on the well-being of hard-working Saigonese who barely have enough time to take a vacation to somewhere furt... Daarbast Cafe

Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. Terra Madre –Valentina Passalacqua Mansion

"What I have in front of me is what I have always wished for”: work and living coexist in Valentina’s ideal home, and she wanted the landscape to be the main protagonist. Her aim was to combine wine, life, work and home together with the philosophy of bio dynamics, linked to the concepts of care and respect of the land, and at the same time, to those of environmental sustainability and of the recovery and promotion of the territory.
