Vesper Tverskaya apart-hotel and residential complex is located on the Tverskaya street next to Triumfalnaya Square in the center of Moscow. It is an exceptional project that changes the aesthetics of life in a modern metropolis. Two buildings with apartments create a single ensemble, due to the common floors in the stylobate part, but with separate entrances.The buildings were designed by СПИЧ (SPEECH) architectural bureau led by Sergey Tchoban. In this project, our task was to combine traditional approaches for lighting facades with the creation of an unusual attraction for citizens and tourists, which completely transforms the space. Traditional warm lighting covers not only the facade of the building but also succinctly and accentuates the window openings. It has separate modes for different seasons and holidays - they differ in tone and dynamics of content flow. MFC “Eltsin Centre” – is a complex humanitarian cultural learning location formed by a museum, a library, a convention centre, a bookshop, a children`s scientific park and university etc. The construction of the building with a semi-transparent facade implies good illumination of the inner space. The modernistic event building RheinMainCongressCenter (RMCC) of the architect Ferdinand Heide, recently finished, is standing in opposite of the neo-classicist Museum of the architect Theodor Fischer, built in 1915. DAY & LIGHT designed the lighting of both facades as well as the outdoor space, to create a town square lighting in a holistic way (except the street lighting).The lighting of both facades were coordinated to each other: The luminance and light colour contrast shows the layer structure and transparency of the RMCC - warmwhite on internal wooden surfaces and neutral white on the colonnades. Northpoint City is the largest sub urban mall in the north of Singapore. It consist of more than 400 retails. The existing north wing was reconciled with the new south wing, Architecturally using the language of light, that was inspired by nature.
