Load-bearing brick walls and geometric folds wrap up this soccer field facility in Seville
Rested in the southern corner of a soccer field, a load-bearing brick structure designed by Liangliang Chen and Sergio Mota, houses the changing rooms and auxiliary services. The design envisions a rectangular structure measuring 28 meters in length and 5.55 meters in width, strategically aligned with the field's orientation to provide easy access to the ground and avoid any potential clashes with the existing lighting towers.

LINEA 8012 AND SEPTIMA CLARET IN UNIQUE AND SURPRISING APPLICATIONS
As the owner of this building is the co-manager of a construction company, this project needed to reference this in every way. The resulting building stands out in more ways than one. Within its environment the building catches - very subtly - the eye architecturally, technically and conceptually.
The parcel is on a street with mostly brown and red facing bricks with at the back a panoramic view of the agricultural land and nature behind it. The goal was to build a strikingly modern villa with lots of natural light, without disturbing the harmony of the environment.
