Juksunchae is an intimate Korean fine dining restaurant offering a new kind of experience through a warm atmosphere and meticulously crafted cuisine.With only 14 seats and an open kitchen, guests are invited to see the craftsmanship of the chefs up close—an essential part of the experience.

The interior design draws inspiration from hanok, traditional Korean houses, where the back of the home is typically reserved for fermentation, preparation, and cooking. This concept is thoughtfully translated into both the layout and ambience of the space.

Konoba Ćakula
The Konoba Ćakula restaurant, is located in at Vladimira Nazor 7, near the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč (Croatia) that is also a part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

My inspiration was the very word "Ćakula", which means "conversation" or "chat" in the Istrian dialect.I wanted to give the Istrian soul to the restaurant in a modern way using stone, micro concrete, corten and oak wood.
