SILI

As in many renovation projects, the existing building becomes an active partner in the design process. Alongside the wishes of the clients, the project engages with the logic, character and potential of the building itself, allowing it to inform the transformation. In this case, the intervention responds to the specific conditions of the site. As the building is positioned along the edge of the plot, this condition opened up the possibility to consider the side façade as the main façade, rather than the traditional front elevation. To support this shift, the existing façade is extended according to its original rhythm and proportions. Thi.s extension continues as a freestanding element, concealing a secluded space behi... More

DOCK - two interiors for two brothers

Two apartments, two brothers, one architectural signature. The creation of two penthouse apartments within a development project in Prague’s Holešovice was entirely tailored to the needs of two siblings with different living requirements – one sought a permanent home in a prestigious location, while the other needed a base for occasional visits to the capital. Ondřej Holub Ondřej Holub Ondřej Holub The project was handed over to us at the shell-and-core stage – with only the load-bearing walls and shafts in place. We had to design the entire layout from scratch, transforming a single vast space into two separate apartments using partitions. Each apartment has its own separate entrance directly from t... More

The Indigo Office

The Indigo Office is a 149 m² workspace located on the ground floor of one of Indigo’s own residential buildings in Prishtina. Designed for a construction-driven architecture practice, the project translates the firm’s identity into a calm, material-led environment shaped by clarity, precision, and restraint. The concept is based on revealing what already exists: exposed concrete ceilings, textured grey plaster, and visible construction joints form the primary architectural language, expressing honesty and craftsmanship. These robust elements are balanced with warm accents in terracotta, olive green, and natural wood, creating a measured dialogue between strength and comfort. Leonit Ibrahimi Leonit Ibrahimi Leo...
