Villa Gantiadi

Villa Gantiadi is a single-family residence situated on a picturesque rocky slope along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, in close proximity to the shoreline. The house is designed entirely below street level—a deliberate architectural decision that preserves uninterrupted sea views, protects the existing vegetation, and allows the building to merge harmoniously with the natural terrain. The project concept is rooted in deep respect for the site’s natural characteristics. The building’s horizontal lines—defined by exposed concrete edges along the terraces and roofline—gently follow the topography of the slope. Rather than creating sharp contrasts, the architecture integrates subtly into the landscape, to the exte... More

HOUSE IN JUQUEHY

At our design studio, each project is driven by the quest for balance between built space and the natural environment. This principle not only extends to the structural conception in wood but also considers the influences of the local climate. Broad overhangs define the facades, encompassing the entire perimeter of the house, shielding both the structure and walls, minimizing overall maintenance. Carefully planned openings facilitate cross-ventilation, ensuring internal thermal comfort. Beware Collective Beware Collective Beware Collective While the southern facade opens up completely to embrace the sea view, the western face adopts a more enclosed approach with cellular concrete walls, except for the stair module. This sect... More

Infrax

This office building is located in a typical office and business development with the familiar rather banal contextual preconditions. In view of the programme, being a new office building with underground parking, a warehouse to be renovated and an intermediate car park, a plan layout was designed that was as efficient as possible.  ©Stijn Bollaert ©Stijn Bollaert A plan layout was designed that was as efficient as possible.
