The project consists in a new build office development in an industrial area located on C/ Alcala 546 in Madrid, in front of the Torre Arias metro station. It is a 5 storey building with a semi basement, two underground parking levels and external landscaped areas.
The office complex will have collaborative workspaces, a large rooftop terraces facing the La Quinta de Torre Arias Park, a food, beverage and sports area for the buildings users, and a large number of charging points for electric cars.
This is an innovative building focused on the comfort and well being of its users in the communal areas. The building’s design has taken into great consideration the environmental rating and the anti covid free systems. For this purpose it has a LEED Platinum CS v4+4.1 & a Silver Well v2 Category.
